My name is Martin Nelson, I am 52 years old and have had a life long interest in anything to do with physics and space, boats, imaging and photography, and and have been actively imaging since 1999. I am a member of the BAA, Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society and member of the Worcester Astronomical Society.

In RL I run my own consultancy business as in the IT sector. I completed my MSc in Cybersecurity in 2018 with Commendation, and more recently in 2019 a CPD course at the LSE on Business, International Relations and the Political Economy. I also volunteer for, and am the General Manager for the Upton lifeboat Station for SARA, the Severn Area Rescue Association unit based at Upton Upon Severn.
